Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Synergy Amps
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to Synergy Amps, 5300 Harbor st., Commerce, CA, 90040, USA

Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
Gift cards
T-Shirts and apparel

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping your return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or recognised national holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use USPS for shipping domestically and sometimes internationally.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and with prior arrangement and agreement with us.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Synergy Amps ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your invoice number and tracking details (if applicable) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Synergy Amps is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages
Synergy Amps is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please take photographic evidence if possible of any damage to the packaging or goods.

International Shipping Policy
We are happy to ship internationally for most smaller items, if you would like a larger item (ie Amp or Cab) shipped internationally we highly recommend you contact us at [email protected] for a custom quote and a personalised service.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Synergy Amps will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
